? Why buy from you? Because we are ladder specialist, we have the biggest range at the best prices, we also offer support and spare parts for our ladders, most out lets are not interested in supplying replacement feet etc. after they have the sale ? How much does delivery cost? Because all of our ladders are delivered to your door, standard delivery is £10.00+VAT. If you require priority delivery this can be arranged for about £22.00+VAT where possible ? How long is delivery? Most items are usually available ex-stock; delivery should be made to you within six working days. A priority delivery service is also usually available for delivery within two working days at an extra cost ? Can I track my order? Unfortunately because of the nature & size of our products, carriers use a manual system and so we cannot trace an order unless the typical delivery times have been exceeded ? Where can I see your ladders? We don't have a showroom but if you have seen a specific ladder you want then give us a call we should be able to supply it very competitively. We don't have retail outlets because this would remove our competitive price advantage but we can deliver directly to you ? What if I am not happy with my purchase? If the ladder is damaged on arrival then refuse delivery, If you need a different size or refund we will happily oblige but you will need to pay the cost of return carriage, items must be returned unused ? I don't know you? We have been specializing in ladders for over 28 years. We only sell ladders. We supply government, local authorities, police, builders merchants and you!. We abide by British safety standards ? What about competitive prices? As we only sell ladders, we buy and sell thousands of them, which gives us excellent buying power which is passed on to you ? A ladder is a ladder! ? Not true. They may not be exciting but there are many different qualities, load ratings, legal requirements and designs ? I want a cheap ladder? Do you want a cheap ladder or do you want a quality ladder competitively priced. A good quality ladder is safer and more comfortable to use. It will also last a lot longer and therefore be more economical in time ? I am only going to use my ladder occasionally? How many times do you need to fall off to hurt yourself? - once! ? What happens if I need spare parts? As we only sell branded product and not promotional "job" lots we can usually get replacement parts and new feet etc. Most stockists don't supply new feet etc. for the products they sell. This means that often our ladders can be repaired instead of being replaced ? What happens if I damage my ladder? If you damage a section of our ladders you can usually buy just that part therefore saving the expense of replacing the whole ladder ? Where are your ladders made? Where possible we use a UK manufacture, if a UK equivalent is not available or a European design is better then our ladders are from European brand leaders and conform to relevant UK standards ? How much weight do your ladders carry? Most of our ladders are certified to 150kg. The majority of ladders found elsewhere are only rated to 95kg ? How can I pay? We accept switch, cheques and all major credit and debit cards. over the phone, on the website, or by post. You can also pay by purchase order (Approved accounts only) ? What time do you deliver? We cannot guarantee a delivery time except on smaller items and this is surcharged by the carriers ? What day do you deliver? You can usually specify a special day for deliver by us sending the order on a pre-arranged booking (same charges as next day) ?Can I collect my order? Usually Yes, but the stock is not held at our Northampton offices so please check the location of the item you require, you can then order online without paying a delivery charge and we will email you the exact collection address. ? Can I pay C.O.D.? Unfortunately no because we use carrier company's to deliver our products. This is sometime possible if you are local to our office ? I am at work all day, How can I accept deliver? You can authorise us to deliver to a neighbour or in most cases on an agreed day. IF you are in Northampton we can usually agree an exact hour for delivery ? Do you deliver on the weekends or evenings? Depending on your location and the product required, this is usually possible but there is an extra charge ? How far do you deliver? Can you deliver to me? Yes, we deliver all over the UK. International orders are sometimes possible, prices quoted individually so just ask for a price ? Where are you based? delivered to the card address but to another address, is this possible? ?What happens if I ordered the wrong item and want to return it? You are welcome to return any item within 21 days at your cost, if the item arrives back as new and unused we will refund the item to the original card used when you placed the order.
